About Leilani Jeraffi
Leilani’s journey into Ayurveda health began during her career as a ballerina. While she loved the art form, a lack of understanding of her own body's unique needs eventually led to systemic health challenges, including amenorrhea, chronic stress, exhaustion, and digestive imbalances.
In her search for sustainable healing, she discovered Ayurveda. The results were profound, providing her with practical, time-tested tools to restore her health and establish a balanced lifestyle. This personal transformation inspired Leilani to formally study Ayurveda and dedicate her career to guiding others toward their own self understanding.
Today, she practices as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in Santa Monica, certified through the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, and is a Professional Member of the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine (CAAM). Her clinical approach is focused on helping clients achieve lasting physical harmony and mental clarity through individualized, classical and traditional Ayurvedic methods.
Complementing her Ayurvedic clinical work, Leilani is also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher from the LAAIC school by Talia Sutra. She teaches “Love and All Is Coming" classes, rooted in the traditional Ghos and Ashtanga Vinyasa lineages, helping students build concentration, resilience, and inner peace.
