About Leilani Jeraffi

Hi, I’m Leilani—I'm so happy you're here!

My journey into Ayurveda began with my own search for healing. Before stepping into this path, I was a ballerina, dedicating my life to an art form that demanded perfection at the cost of my well-being. The relentless training, strict discipline, and pressure to push past my limits left me depleted—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I was constantly at war with my body, disconnected from its needs, and trapped in a cycle of exhaustion, stress, and imbalance.

For years, I struggled with depression, anxiety, and IBS, feeling lost in my own body and mind. It wasn’t until I discovered Ayurveda that everything began to shift. This ancient wisdom didn’t just change my health; it transformed my relationship with myself. It taught me how to listen, honor, and care for my body and mind in ways I never knew were possible. I learned that true well-being isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about tuning in, creating balance, and cultivating a deep sense of trust in our own rhythms.

Now, I help others navigate their own paths to healing—bringing harmony to their bodies, clarity to their minds, and peace to their hearts. My work is rooted in the belief that we already hold the answers we seek, and healing is about reconnecting with that inner wisdom. If you’ve ever felt disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of sync with yourself, know that there is a way back home to balance, ease, and vitality. I'm here to help you find it.

Education:

I am a NAMA-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (National Ayurvedic Medical Association), deeply grateful to have studied under Dr. Jayarajan and the distinguished faculty at Kerala Ayurveda Academy. My clinical training includes internships in Milpitas, California; The Health Village in Kerala; and Ayurvedagram in Bangalore—experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of classical, lineage-based Ayurveda.

In 2020, I expanded my foundation in holistic health by becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Long before stepping into the world of Ayurveda, I was introduced to the healing path through yoga. I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and have been sharing the practices of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga since 2018.
